Archon is a System integrator and a leading IT distributor for HPE and Dell, focused on cloud and enterprise transformation. I led data-driven marketing initiatives targeting Digital Native Businesses (DNBs) to accelerate HPE GreenLake adoption.


Project Overview

This campaign aimed to drive adoption of HPE GreenLake among Digital Native Businesses by combining data analytics, industry insights, and personalized multi-channel outreach.


Challenge

Despite high digital engagement, the conversion remained low in the HPE DNB campaign.


My Role

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Designed the overall marketing strategy targeting Digital Native Businesses (DNBs) for HPE GreenLake.

  • Defined campaign goals aligned with business objectives (lead quality, conversion improvement, etc.).

 

Audience Targeting & Segmentation

  • Collaborated with IDC and KPMG to identify high-intent DNB accounts using predictive modeling and firmographics.

  • Created refined customer personas for personalized outreach.

 

Message & Content Personalization

  • Developed persona-based messaging tailored to different decision-makers (CXOs, IT heads).

  • Directed content formats across channels—emails, LinkedIn ads, webinars, and whitepapers.

 

Multi-Channel Execution

  • Executed outreach across email marketing, LinkedIn advertising, content syndication, and digital events.

  • Aligned content timing and messaging with user journey stages.

 

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyzed user behavior and engagement data to identify funnel drop-offs.

  • Refined lead scoring and campaign messaging based on performance insights.

  • Conducted A/B testing to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content formats.

To drive HPE GreenLake adoption among Digital Native Businesses (DNBs), we built a data-first marketing strategy grounded in account segmentation, behavioral insights, and intent data. The campaign focused on identifying high-probability targets and delivering tailored content across key digital channels.


Execution

  • Targeting & Analytics: Collaborated with KPMG and IDC to identify and prioritize high-potential DNB accounts using predictive analytics and industry benchmarks.

  • Funnel Analysis: Worked cross-functionally to analyze lead behavior patterns—tracking drop-offs, engagement trends, and content performance—to uncover conversion barriers.

  • Campaign Deployment: Executed multi-channel outreach including segmented email campaigns, LinkedIn ads, webinars, and whitepaper promotions.

  • Sales Alignment: Enabled smoother handoffs by equipping sales with lead intelligence, behavior signals, and updated scoring inputs based on campaign interaction.
